We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.
No refunds (partial or in full) can be issued for key cutting services after the key has been shipped and received by the customer. If a customer returns a key cut by iKeyless, only the original key price, not the key cutting service cost, will be refunded.
Warranty Return Guidelines
All warranty claims will be inspected for warranty eligibility upon receipt and a replacement item will be sent.
Refunds cannot be made for warranty items. warranty items are exchanges only.
Consumer must document the symptoms of the defect when returning any item under the "warranty" area of this RMA policy.
All items received by ikeyless.com must be shipped completely. Any missing component on warranty claim item will result in denial of warranty request.
Reasons for Return Guidelines
Change my mind/Not needed: If within 30 days of purchase you would like to return an item. We will need to receive the returned item in the condition that it was in when thecustomer received it. iKeyless.com reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not meet our guidelines. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
I ordered the wrong item: In the event that an item was ordered incorrectly, iKeyless.com must be notified within 15 days of purchase. If the item needed is of higher expense than the incorrect item purchased, the buyer is responsible for paying the difference. If you would like to return the item, the criteria remain the same as Changed my mind/Not needed. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Once the customer's prepaid label is scanned as shipped, iKeyless will initiate the replacement package.
Item was damaged / lost in Transit: Customer should carefully inspect the package upon receipt. If the customer notices any damages/loss to the package and/or its content, the customer must contact us within 3 working days. iKeyless.com will contact USPS and file a claim for the customer. USPS may contact the customer for further information for their investigation. Customer should keep the package until USPS finishes the investigation. USPS may ask for the damaged packaging. USPS will reimburse iKeyless.com once the investigation is complete. At that time we will send a replacement order to the customer.
iKeyless.com has shipped the wrong item: You the consumer are responsible to inspect any/all item that are ordered and received. In the event that an item is incorrectly packaged or picked by our warehouse, the customer will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Once the customer's prepaid label is scanned as shipped, iKeyless will initiate the replacement package.
Other reasons for return: iKeyless.com is committed to customer satisfaction and will review each request for return individually. Special consideration will be given to those returns that follow the Procedures set by iKeyless.com. If the reason for return does not fall into one of the categories mentioned above you must provide in detail the reason that the return request is being made.
An 18% handling charge may apply to any return that does not include a replacement. No return other than warranty will be considered after 30 days of purchase.
All items that have been authorized for return must be received within 14 days of RMA being issued.
If you return an item that does not meet the RMA guidelines or is not eligible for a refund you will be given the option of having the item returned at your expense.
If you provided us with an incorrect shipping address during check out, and your item shows as delivered, we are not responsible for the lost package. Replacement orders will not be sent.
